Jackson restaurateur Bill Latham, who passed away in 2024, was involved in the creation of restaurant concepts including Amerigo, Char and Babalu, and Table 100. Latham also helped bring national franchises Five Guys and Super Chix to Mississippi.

MHRA hosts the annual Bill Latham Memorial Golf Tournament. The tournament is a four-person scramble, with prizes for three places net and gross. It is a great networking opportunity for owners and employees alike.
