THE BULLDOG JACKSON is seeking a GENERAL MANAGER
This is an amazing opportunity for the right candidate! We are looking for a talented and experienced GM to lead the team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of kitchen and bar, the hiring and supervision of the staff and the financial performance of the venue.
Essential Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day business; deliver amazing guest service and operational excellence
Food and Alcohol inventory
Adhere to budget; drive sales; manage costs
Oversee the hiring, training, and development of staff including, FOH, BOH
Coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed
Manage all staff
Uphold company values and be a cultural leader
Maintain a high level of communication
Multi-task
Learn, teach, talk, think, and planning Food and Alcohol!
Qualifications/Skills/ and Knowledge Requirements:
Advanced understanding of food and bar operations with minimum 2+ years in a leadership role in high volume environments.
Ability to troubleshoot problems big and small
Proficiency with common computer programs and with POS systems.
Thorough understanding of accounting and budgeting processes in the industry
Excellent organizational, leadership, and planning skills
