Upcoming ServSafe® Classes

What is ServSafe®?

​ServSafe® is a National Restaurant Association food safety training program for hospitality personnel. It is recognized in all 50 states as the “top of the line” program. It accounts for 95% of all food safety instruction in Mississippi.
 
Mississippi Hospitality & Restaurant Association classes are genuine ServSafe®, which means your certificate is recognized nationwide. Books are based on the new food code and are available in English, Chinese, and Spanish. Tests are available in several languages, including Spanish, Chinese, and Korean. Many Mississippi Community Colleges and MSU Extension offices teach genuine ServSafe® classes. Contact the college for signup information. Preregistration is required; see our class listings for those scheduled classes and contact information below.
