Mississippi Goes to NPSI

The National ProStart® Invitational (NPSI) is the premier high school restaurant management and culinary arts competition. The National Restaurant Association Education Foundation (NRAEF) holds the competition annually to showcase the talents of ProStart students from across the country and develop tomorrow’s culinary and restaurant management talent. This year, NPSI will be held April 26th through 28th in Baltimore, MD.

The Mississippi Restaurant Association Education Foundation (MRAEF) is proud to have Wayne County Career Technical Center and Clinton High School representing our state in the NPSI management and culinary competitions, respectively. The teams will travel to Baltimore, MD, to compete on the national stage from April 26th through 28th. The MRAEF pays for the flights and hotel rooms for each student, educator, and chaperone to attend and compete at NPSI. We rely heavily on donations and sponsor support to cover these costs.
